Miyagi ranks first in silver salmon farming!
Silver King," a cultured brand of salmon from Onagawa, Miyagi Prefecture, is a hot topic of conversation because of its delicious, fatty taste without any odor!
All of the salmon served at Salmon Cafe & Bar Gin Knot is made from Gin-O. This time, we would like to introduce a slightly different arrangement of "Harako-meshi" (Harako rice).

Usually, salmon is cooked and served on top, but at Salmon Cafe & Bar Ginmotsu, you can enjoy "Nama Harako Meshi" which is made with raw salmon. It looks brilliant and tastes great, too! We are confident of the taste. You can enjoy this dish only because it is fresh. The pieces and stringy parts from the process of cooking Gin-O are stewed in soy sauce and other seasonings, and the rice cooked in the broth is filled with Gin-O sashimi and salmon roe. The base of the rice is no longer visible!
You can also get "Western-style harako-meshi," a pilaf-like rice dish with a gentle buttery aroma. Butter and salmon are a perfect match. One bite and you will be amazed at how fluffy the salmon is. The salmon is lightly cooked to bring out the best of the Gin-Ou, so the aroma and moistness of the salmon is irresistible. Please try the "Western-style Harako-meshi" that you cannot find anywhere else!
