The specialty menu item, "Nenkou SAND," is inspired by the image of the Nenkou excavation process. When you pull out the straw stuck in the center, a 18-layer striped pattern of bread and ingredients is revealed. The bread is made of black bread kneaded with bamboo charcoal to reproduce the color of the lake's mud.
