Kanpuyama, a rare grass mountain in Japan 【Kanpuyama

Mt. Kanpu is covered with grass, which is rare in Japan, and is one of the three mountains of Oga. From the rotating observatory at the top of the mountain, visitors can enjoy a 360° view of the town of Oga, as well as a restaurant and souvenir shop, where they can take a rest.

As Mt. Kanpu is a grassy mountain, paragliding is popular here. There is also a paragliding school, so even beginners can easily experience paragliding. It is a great way to enjoy a walk in the air while enjoying the spectacular view of Oga.
