2) How to identify fresh grapes

White powder called "plume" on the surface of grapes.
This is an ingredient produced by the grapes themselves, which helps prevent disease and water evaporation, thus keeping the grapes "fresh".
The color of the stem is also a marker of freshness. A green stem is said to be fresh, and as time passes, the color changes to brown.

(3) Tips for selecting delicious grapes

Grapes with black fruit color, such as Kyoho grapes and Pione grapes, should be darker in color.
