Hime-sayuri in the Sky

Known as "Himesayuri in the Sky," the park is located at an altitude of 850 meters above sea level, and is home to 1 million Himesayuri.
The park is crowded with visitors from mid-June to early July, when it is in season.
What kind of flower is Himesayuri?

It is said that the name "Himesayuri" was derived from "Hime" (meaning "princess" in Japanese) because of the cute image of its small flowers, and "Sasa" (meaning "early" in Japanese) because it blooms early among lilies.
