We have a lineup of straight coffees such as Panama Esmeralda Geisha, Kopi Luwak, Hawaii Kona, and Sumatra Tiger Blue Eye (Mandarin).
The blended coffees are named after the city of Sendai, and are prepared based on the concept of a blend with an unprecedentedly rich aroma and an emphasis on the strength of the flavor that passes through the nose when it enters the mouth.

"Mori-no-Aroma" "Mori-no-Aroma" is a well-balanced aromatic coffee blended with four types of beans, inspired by the lush green "City of Trees" by Hattori Coffee Foods, which was established in Sendai in 1955, and is recommended for first-time customers. You can buy easy drip-type coffee at the cash register, which makes a great souvenir.
Zelkova" This blend is inspired by the depth of trees and the wind that blows through the rows of zelkova trees, and is popular for its light and balanced flavor despite its deep roastiness.

Coffee and Daifuku go well together?

The "Salted Coffee Bean Daifuku with Mocha" is a product that was created in the search for a confection that goes well with coffee. It is not a standard Western confectionary, but a Japanese confectionary. The delicate sweetness of Japanese confectionery goes very well with coffee, and the flavor of azuki beans and the aroma and taste of coffee create an exquisite flavor that is indescribable. It has also been said since ancient times that adding salt to coffee softens the bitterness and acidity and gives it a mellow flavor, and in Ethiopia there is a traditional way of drinking coffee called salted coffee.
It took three years of trial and error to create this product, which was made through a series of prototypes inspired by the above.
The "Shio-Coffee Mame Daifuku with Mocha" was born after a lot of hard work, but we are particular about the ingredients as well, and use bean paste kneaded with "Date no Umami Salt" produced in Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture. The beans, a characteristic of Mame Daifuku, are made from peas, soaked in honey, cooked with "Date-no-Umashio" salt, and kneaded into the mochi dough. I tried it right away and was surprised to find that the coffee and daifuku go well together! The slight aroma of coffee and peas accentuate the flavor of the Daifuku. The bean paste is not too sweet, but just right, making it an addictive daifuku. We hope you will try it too. You can eat it in the store or buy it as a souvenir.
Don't miss the coffee jelly!

The homemade coffee jelly is made from coffee brewed on the premises! The bittersweet flavor of the coffee and the mild taste of the cream make it very popular. You can feel the deep coffee flavor when you eat it as it is, and you can feel the rich harmony when you eat it with cream.
We hope you will enjoy it.
