A winter-only menu "Crab Miso Ramen" is now available at "Mianya Taiga," a miso ramen restaurant in Kanazawa that draws a long queue! This is the first time this winter that crab miso ramen has appeared on the menu. You can't miss it!
From the moment the ramen arrives, the aroma of crab is in the air, whetting your appetite. As you can see in the picture, crab meat and claws sit in the center. When you sip the soup, the crab extract mixes well with the soup, making it thicker than usual. I wondered if crab was kneaded into the noodles as well, but since I was eating it with crab, I could not tell. That is how much you can taste the crab flavor.

As is the case with regular miso ramen, I ate the ramen in a single mindless rush and finished it in no time at all. But the sense of satisfaction after eating it is immeasurable (exaggeration). It is a magnificent feast! I will continue to go there in the future, prepared to wait in line.
