What is Misotampo?

Kiritanpo nabe" is a local dish of Akita Prefecture, which many of you may have eaten before. Many of you may have eaten it before. When you hear the word "Kiritanpo", you may think of rice that has been mashed and made into a stick shape. Kiritanpo nabe" is a dish in which kiritanpo is cooked in a pot.
Misotampo" is made by dipping "tampo" in sweet and spicy miso paste and baking it savory. Kiritanpo nabe is enjoyed by tasting the difference between the hard and squishy parts, while "miso tampo" gives you a savory and firm taste.
