The Sasagawa Nagare (Sasagawa Stream), an 11-kilometer stretch of beautiful scenery, is located in this area and is designated as a national scenic beauty spot and a natural monument. Its name is derived from the name of the Sasagawa village in the center of the river, which is named after the tidal current that rises and flows between the rocks. In heavy stormy weather, you can sometimes see the flowers of the waves moving up the small river that flows into the Sasagawa-ryu.

How to take a beautiful picture of the Nami no Hana?

Wave flowers are usually pure white immediately after they occur, but over time they change color to light yellow or light brown as they mix with beach sand and rocky moss. Therefore, if you want to capture truly pure white wave flowers in your photos or videos, it is important to aim at the time and place where they occur.

When we think of the Sea of Japan, we tend to focus only on the taste, but when you visit Hazama Island, please pay attention to the sea of the Sea of Japan as well.
