Mt. Tsukuba is the symbol of Ibaraki Prefecture. Because of its relatively low elevation, anyone can easily climb the mountain, and many people visit the mountain every year as one of the "100 most famous mountains in Japan.

Sunset & Stardust Cruising!

This is the "Sunset & Stardust Cruising" which is available for a limited time (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 9/18/2021 to the end of February). Riding the Mt. Tsukuba ropeway, visitors will enjoy a nighttime aerial walk to the top of the mountain. This alone is exciting, isn't it? The view from the top of the mountain is so beautiful that you will lose track of time. Unlike during the daytime, you can't help but admire the sparkling scenery. The sunset is also beautiful, so don't miss this opportunity!
