Okuhida Onsenkyo is the collective name for five hot spring resorts located at the foot of the North Alps: Hirayu, Fukuchi, Shin-Hairayu, Tochio, and Shin Hotaka. With one of the largest amounts of hot water in Japan and more than 100 sources, each hot spring resort has different qualities, benefits, and temperatures. The colors of the water vary from clear, brownish brown, greenish brown, and cloudy white, making this a veritable hot spring paradise! These hidden hot springs are popular as a treasure trove of natural hot springs.
