Nihonbashi Tendon Tenmusu Kaneko Hannosuke Autumn Kakiage Bento - Mushrooms

Located in the "Keiyo Street Area" inside the ticket gates on the first floor of Gransta Tokyo, this store is an Edomae Tendon specialty restaurant with its main branch in Nihonbashi, Tokyo. Under the concept of "Kaneko Hannosuke at home," the restaurant offers three types of highly popular tendon, as well as the popular limited-quantity items "Tenmusu" and "Ebi-ten Oshizushi" (pressed sushi with prawn tempura). The "Autumn Kakiage Bento - Mushrooms" is a perfect bento for the autumn season, featuring kakiage, a combination of shrimp, squid, and aromatic shiitake mushrooms, maitake mushrooms, and shimeji mushrooms, along with a secret rice bowl sauce.

Located in the "Square Zero Area" inside the ticket gates on the first basement floor of Gransta Tokyo, the concept of this store is to connect the "hands" of the creators with the "hands" of the customers who enjoy the delicious taste, and it specializes in Japanese side dishes centering on delicious fish. TETOTTE" is a restaurant produced by Aji-no Hamato, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in April 2025.
The "Saikyo-yaki and Mushroom Rice" is an autumn recommendation, a takikomi-gohan bento with a rich autumnal flavor using an abundance of three types of mushrooms: funa shimeji, maitake, and shiitake. The saikyo yaki of the fatty Ginhirasu salmon is moist and delicious even when cold.

Located in the "Square Zero Area" inside the ticket gates on the first basement floor of Gransta Tokyo, this is a store where you can enjoy delicious rice delivered by Izasa Nakatani Honpo, a rice shop that has been in business for 104 years. The autumn recommendation is the matsutake mushroom rice with chestnuts and ginkgo nuts, and salmon and salmon roe Temari-zushi. It is a small but hearty dish.
