Fruit Shop Kiyoka's ice water is characterized by its syrup. For example, the melon-flavored shaved ice that everyone imagines is the green one. However, at Fruit Shop Kiyoka, it is yellow-green, and feels more like real melon. That's because the fresh fruit is squeezed to order and served as syrup, making it fresh and melon-like itself! On top of that, the actual fresh fruit and even the rich-tasting milk-flavored soft-serve ice cream make for a multi-layered experience!
