National Showa Memorial Park is a 10-minute walk from the North Exit of Tachikawa Station. The Cosmos Festival is held here every fall.

Lemon Bright, with its fresh lemon yellow flowers. A mix of yellow-flowered cosmos will also bloom in some areas. The yellow carpet of goldenrod cosmos covers the hill of flowers. The view from the gently sloping hill of flowers that fills the field of view is breathtaking.

The best time to see the autumn leaves is from early to mid-October. You can also feel the change of seasons.
