Kaga fu fumuroya is a famous "fu" store that is probably well known to all residents of Ishikawa Prefecture. Kaga fu Fumuroya is a long-established store established in Keio 1. The store has many stores in major sightseeing spots in the prefecture, including Korinbo, where there are samurai residences, Higashiyama, where the Higashi Chaya district is located, and in Kanazawa Station. The restaurants operated by Fumuroya offer sweet and light meals made from fu.

This time we visited "Fumurochaya" in Higashi Chaya-gai. Shiratama-nama-fu," Kaga fu-Fumuroya's special product, is popular at this store! It is softer than regular shiratama and has a slightly strange texture! (I liked it better than regular shiratama!) Shiratama-no-fu" is available in three flavors: kinako (soybean flour), anko (red bean paste), and mitarashi (sweetened soybean paste).
