A realistic exhibition of traditional Japanese beauty

There are many exhibits featuring Japanese traditions and culture. The "Goldfish Corridor," reminiscent of temple and shrine architecture, and the "Inome-rium," featuring inome, a motif often seen in Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples. The heart-shaped inome is said to have the meaning of driving away evil and inviting good fortune! Visitors can enjoy not only the sight but also the music and aroma of the beautiful Japanese "harmony" with all their senses. The Art Aquarium is a permanent facility, so you can enjoy artworks created in collaboration with artists, and other artworks that have evolved from the previous art aquariums. Since this is a permanent facility, visitors can enjoy a seasonal experience throughout the year.

You can take photos that will look great on SNS!

It is dark in the Art Aquarium, so you may think it is difficult to take good pictures! The Art Aquarium is dark, so you may think it is difficult to take good pictures, but in fact, it is so fantastic that you will want to press the "like" button on your social networking service! The "Goldfish Corridor" is lit up in various colors, so you can use the light from the aquarium tank of your favorite color to take elegant photos that cannot be taken with a flash, or you can lower the brightness to create silhouettes. The Museum of Art GINZA's website also has some tips for taking beautiful photos!
This exhibition will be held only in early summer! Wisteria and Hydrangea: Early Summer Kinsei 2025

Wisteria and hydrangea weave a "glossy" fantasy space

The "Chochinorium" is based on the motif of "festival lanterns," a traditional Japanese lighting fixture, and is collaborated with hydrangeas for a limited time only, making the space even more enchanting. The aquarium tank shaped like a lantern makes the goldfish look bigger as if seen through a magnifying lens! In the "New Goldfish Commentary," where you can view goldfish from above, hydrangeas float in the tank, and in the "Goldfish Waterfall," where goldfish swim gracefully in a waterfall-like tank, many wisteria flowers are blooming at the top.
