Have a hamburger at a wine brewery!
While waiting, you can watch the wine being brewed. Wine in a burger shop? You may think, "Wine in a burger shop? You can also purchase wine brewed by Sawauchi Brewery in the restaurant.
The meat and other ingredients are delicious, but what surprised me was the bun. The outside is crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy! The buns have a subtle sweetness to them that is unlike anything I have ever tasted before! The buns are handmade in the restaurant. It is a luxury to be able to enjoy a hamburger on a freshly made bun. The buns are made from Aomori pumpkin. It was a very satisfying lunch, and the buns alone were delicious.

A colorful and delicious jam shop!
There are many jams that intrigue you just by reading the descriptions, such as "Golden Peach" made from Nanbu-machi peaches flavored with honey and brandy, and "Kabochan" made from Towada City pumpkins, which is like vanilla-flavored pumpkin bean paste. After much hesitation, I selected the Hachinohe Strawberry as a souvenir for myself and Momo Kocha, which uses Earl Grey tea leaves and white peaches from Nanbu Town, and was about to pay for them when a new temptation appeared beside the register!
The Hachinohe Strawberry is packed with sweet and sourness, and a little bit goes a long way in making toast taste good. Momo Kocha" is a luxurious jam made almost entirely of pulp, which is not an exaggeration. The sweetness of the peaches and the aroma of the tea soothed me, and I was able to enjoy a relaxing breakfast.
Some of the jams are made with wine or other alcoholic beverages, and they also have jams that go well with meat dishes.â
The cocoa marshmallow cookie was served with coffee as recommended by the store. The marshmallow on the cookie stretches when you take a bite! It stretches! The texture of the stretched marshmallow is interesting. The cookie is firm but not too sweet, and the little bit of salt adds a nice accent. I'm sure I'll be repeating this...!
When you visit Otte, be sure to check out their jams as well as their baked goods!
