Enjoy the rows of ginkgo trees by day and by night
In autumn, the 100-meter-long rows of ginkgo trees turn golden.
There are about 60 ginkgo trees. During the History Hall Ginkgo Festival, the trees are lit up after sunset, so visitors can enjoy different atmospheres during the day and at night.

After getting off at Mito Station, board a bus bound for Kairakuen, such as the bus bound for "Sakuragawa Nishi Danchi" from the No. 4 bus stop at the North Exit. 10 min. ride, and get off at the "History Museum Kairakuen Entrance" stop. 2 min. walk.
