This time, we would like to introduce autumn-only sweets from the Hokkaido confectionery shop "Ryugetsuki," which was established in Obihiro in the Tokachi region of Hokkaido in 1947, and is a popular confectionery specialty store that makes full use of Tokachi and other Hokkaido ingredients to create unique seasonal delights. Sanbouroku" is a representative confectionery of "Ryugetsu" created in the 1960s. The unique shape of the baumkuchen reproduces the shape of a three-sided, six-sided firewood log, and its moist texture is so well suited to Japanese tastes that it is often referred to as the originator of the "moist baumkuchen. It was awarded the highest gold medal at the 27th Monde Selection in 1988, and is still a long-selling baumkuchen.

The milk and cream are all produced in Hokkaido, and the richness and sweetness of the ingredients can be felt. The secret ingredient, brandy, gives the dessert a mellow aroma, making it a dessert for adults with a rich flavor.
