Noboribetsu City is known for Noboribetsu Onsen, one of the best hot springs in Japan. In the tourist information center "Noboribetsu City Tourism Exchange Center Nupuru", there is the only gelato specialty store in Noboribetsu where you can enjoy "IBURI Craft Gelato" made from ingredients related to the Iburi area where Noboribetsu is located. Its name is "Nanairo no Hikari. Gelato made from carefully selected ingredients from the Iburi area, which the owner personally searched for, is served with special toppings and handmade baked sweets and candy crafts. We hope you will try our gelato!

Everything on the menu is freshly prepared every morning (7 types in total).

All gelato is freshly made every morning, and the ingredients are enhanced and very smooth. Flavors change with the seasons as seasonal fruits and vegetables are used, such as milk from Noboribetsu, chocolate from Muroran, strawberries from Toyoura, soybean flour from Shiraoi, haskap from Atsuma, and potatoes from Sobetsu. Each one is handmade in the morning, and all seven varieties are ready around noon!
