UN GRAND PAS, a patisserie that looks like it belongs on a French street corner

The name "Un Grand Pas" means "a great step forward" in French.
We are particular about authentic French traditional pastries and value the "five senses" that only a pastry chef can offer.
The texture and flavor of each pastry are changed by slight baking adjustments due to the simplicity of the ingredients.
The confectionery offers a wide variety of products that can only be purchased in Saitama and are perfect as souvenirs.
Recommended in summer! Excellent Gelato!

You can enjoy the mellow aroma and rich taste of fruit.
There are eight flavors to choose from! So attractive that you can't decide which one to try!
The "Lavash" recommended by the staff has a strong milk flavor and a gentle sweetness that is irresistible!
Currently, for a limited time only, the summery "Choco Mint" and "Ananas (pineapple flavor)" are available.
You can also order outside or sit on the terrace.
Why don't you spend a luxurious and refreshing time forgetting about the heat?
Recommended for souvenirs and gifts! Baked sweets

As the chef says, it is a "semi-baked pastry," and it really is delicious, with a texture that is somewhere between fresh and baked pastries. The shelf life is about one week.
5. "Hikawa Sando" leading to Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine

Hikawa Sando is an approach leading to Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine, one of the sacred places in Chichibu. It is about 2 km long.
The approach is lined with trees and has a sacred atmosphere that makes for a refreshing stroll.
It is surrounded by beautiful nature in each of the four seasons, especially cherry blossoms in spring, dark green trees in summer, autumn leaves in fall, and snowy landscape in winter, showing a different face each time you visit.
Just walking along the path is a calming experience and makes you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Cafes and stores line the approach to the shrine, and it is recommended to stop by and enjoy the local delicacies.
Musashi Ichinomiya Hikawa Shrine, located in Omiya Ward, Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, at the end of the approach, has flourished as the guardian deity of Musashi Province since ancient times and boasts a historic shrine hall donated by Minamoto no Yoriyoshi. The shrine is also the origin of the place name "Omiya." Omiya Park is located behind the shrine grounds, where visitors can relax and enjoy the beauty of summer flowers and plants. Why not purify your body and mind and gain new energy in this place where history and nature are in harmony?
