In commemoration of the Inubozaki Lighthouse being designated as an Important Cultural Property, this craft beer was created as a tribute to the Inubozaki Lighthouse, which serves as a symbol of the city during the day and keeps the sea and the city safe at night. It is a highly acclaimed craft beer that won a W at the International Beer Cup 2021, an international beer competition, followed by a W at the World Beer Awards 2022.

Inubou White IPA

It is characterized by a complex aroma created by a combination of a gentle mouthfeel from its high wheat content, hop bitterness, and yeast-derived esters that are the source of its fruity, mellow aroma. It is a drink that is as bitter as its aroma and body.

Choshi Lighthouse Cola is a brown syrup inspired by the earth, poured with blue carbonated water inspired by the sky and sea, and the scenery of Inubozaki is expressed in the glass. When mixed together, it turns an orange color reminiscent of the morning glow of Inubozaki. All ingredients are organic, including the 10 herbs and spices used for the syrup and the butterfly peas used to color the soda water. For sweetening, the drink is made with sugar from sugar beet, which is said to have a low tendency to raise blood sugar levels, and Hishio, a fermented seasoning that is said to be the original form of soy sauce, is used as a secret ingredient to enhance the flavor, something that is unique to Choshi, a town known for its soy sauce.
