TOKYO Night & Light", a nighttime colorful event in Tokyo

TOKYO Night & Light" is a projection mapping show that decorates the night in Tokyo. Projection mapping using the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building No. 1, one of Tokyo's landmarks, as a canvas to express a variety of art with light and sound is shown throughout the year.

The images, created by creators from Japan and abroad who have received high acclaim in international competitions, and projected with precision and world-class luminance by 40 devices, are powerful and spectacular. The projected area (13,904.956 m2) has been certified by Guinness World Records™ as the "Largest Permanent Projection Mapping Exhibition on a Permanent Structure".

On Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the world-famous Godzilla attacks the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building!

A life-size Godzilla, which played an active role in the "VS" series of films, will appear in the projection mapping from April 27, 2024.
