The Tateyama Wakashio Triathlon will be held for the 15th time this year. The charm of the Tateyama Wakashio Triathlon is the ocean! The ocean around Okinoshima boasts clear waters with few waves, and the participants can swim in the ocean and run through the Self-Defense Forces' base, which is normally inaccessible. The charm of the Tateyama Wakashio Triathlon is the chance to experience something out of the ordinary!

The Tateyama Wakashio Triathlon features a standard race (51.5km), a sprint race (25.75km), a challenge race for mama bicycle riders, a junior race for elementary school students, and a swimmy race for pre-school children, so there is something for everyone! The event is designed to be enjoyable for everyone!

Let's compete in two events in the Boso Triathlon series!

Two popular races, the Tateyama Wakashio Triathlon, where you can swim in the beautiful ocean, and the Kisarazu Triathlon, which features a vast runway course, have been combined into a series.
If you enter two events with W-entry, you can get a discount on the entry fee. The overall winner of the two events will receive a BOSO Champion Jersey, and all finishers of both events will receive a BOSO Double finisher T-shirt!

Sea safety class will be held on the day before the competition

Lifesavers will be watching over the swimmers on the day of the race, and they will swim within the area where parents can see and follow them, so you don't have to worry!

On the day before the event, a "Sea Safety Class" and OWS seminar will be held for parents and children to learn how to swim in the sea together! （OWS stands for "Open Water Swim," a long-distance swimming event that takes place in natural water such as oceans, rivers, and lakes.
Details and registration will be announced at a later date, and those who have already entered will be notified by e-mail as soon as the details are finalized!

The B.B.BASE is a special train that allows you to carry your bicycle on board. B.B.B.BASE is a special train that allows bicycles to be carried directly on board, making it possible to get to the nearest station to the race without traffic jams, and also allows supporters and spectators to board the train.
