Flower Festival 2025 is being held at the National Showa Memorial Park (Tachikawa City and Akishima City) from March 20 (Thu) to May 25 (Sun).

[Period] March 20 (Thu.) - May 25 (Sun.) 9:30 - 17:00 *Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in April and May until 18:00
[9:00 opening] May 3 (Sat.), 4 (Sun.), 5 (Mon.) and 6 (Tue.)
*Parking lot 8: Gate, Cycle Center, Kodomo no Mori, Dog Run and Flower Garden Exhibition Building
30 Gates open, other facilities and services start as usual
[Admission fee] Adults 450 yen, Junior high school students and younger free, 65 years old and older 210 yen *Parking fee is not included

Flower Blooming Relay

The Flower Festival has entered the second half of the year, but the relay of blooms continues: from mid-April onward, the nemophila, chalet poppies, and bouquet gardens will be at their best one after another. The highlight of the second half of the festival is the "nemophila," which turns the entire flower field a bright blue color! On a clear day, the collaboration of blue sky and nemophila blue will surely refresh you!

Soap Bubble Photojournalism Time 2025

In conjunction with the spring flower viewing period, limited-time soap bubbles will be presented in each flower garden. This year, it will be held on weekdays as well.

・Saturday, April 26: Herb Hill (Bouquet Garden)
・Thursday, May 1: Field West Flower Garden (Nemophila)
・Saturday, May 17: Flower Hill (Charley Poppy, Chrysanthemum)
[Time] ①10:30～ ②12:00～ (30 minutes each)

If the event is canceled, by around 9:00 am on that day, In case of cancellation, a notice will be posted on the official website by around 9:00 a.m. on the morning of the day of the event. The event may be cancelled in advance due to weather forecast or other reasons.

During the Flower Festival, special food and beverage menus associated with flowers will be offered. Nemophila soda and poppy soda are the best choice for the coming season! You will feel refreshed if you drink these sodas while looking at the nemophila and poppy flowers.
