Inside the store
It takes about 3 minutes on foot from the West Exit of JR Fukushima Station! The Fukushima Prefecture Tourism & Products Museum is located on the first floor of the "Collasse Fukushima" complex at the west exit of Fukushima Station. The store is divided into four areas, including a lounge area where you can compare crafts and sake, as well as specialty products and sake, from all over Fukushima Prefecture. Since it is located near the station, it is a must-stop store before boarding the Shinkansen!

Imokuri Sataro

Sold by the piece at the Fukushima Prefecture Sightseeing Products Museum, it is a great snack on the Shinkansen.
Fukushima City's famous confectionery "Imokuri Sataro" is an exquisite sweet potato made of sweet potato and chestnuts! The surface is lightly baked to the perfect degree of doneness by skilled craftsmen, and the inside is moist and mellow.

Yokan Fantasia Fly Me to The Moon

Aizu Wakamatsu City's famous confection "Yokan Fantasia Fly Me to The Moon" is a romantic yokan with a picture of a happy bluebird fluttering from the crescent moon to the full moon, which changes each time the yokan is cut. Nishikidama-jelly like champagne jelly is sandwiched between azuki yokan and the bird and the moon in the center are made of lemon yokan. The top layer is topped with cranberries, Japanese devil's walnuts and raisins, and goes well with tea or wine!

Mehikari Shio Chocolate, a famous confection of Iwaki City, is a chocolate with salted cream caramel! The chocolate is in the shape of Mehikari, the city fish of Iwaki City, and is filled with creamy handmade caramel. The large grains of sea salt on the surface add to the luxurious flavor of this adult sweet! Please be assured that it does not taste like fish.

Fukushima Prefecture is also famous as one of the best sake brewing areas in Japan, and for the first time in its history, it has won the gold medal in the National New Sake Competition for the ninth time in a row! The Fukushima Prefecture Tourism and Products Museum offers a full lineup of Fukushima Prefecture sake! About 500 kinds of sake and liqueurs from 45 breweries are on display and for sale. The "Fukushima Lounge" inside the store sells sake comparison sets. There are three types of sake drinking sets: "3 seasonal brands for comparison," "2 premium brands for comparison," and "3 premium brands for comparison," each of which includes sake and snacks. In addition to sake, "Beko's Milk Soft Ice Cream" and local ramen stores will be open for a limited time. Please take a break from shopping♪
