Charcoal grilled hormone and yam

Whether you want to enjoy it alone or in a group, we have it all!

Inside the restaurant (example)

This yakiniku restaurant is tucked away in a back street off the approach to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. In contrast to the small entrance that could easily be missed, the interior of the restaurant is surprisingly spacious and bright. The restaurant can accommodate any situation, from quiet one-person seating, to counter seating for small groups, to table seating for large groups of friends. It is a very relaxing adult space where you can spend a peaceful time without being too noisy or loud. The restaurant can also be reserved for private parties (up to 23 people).

You can enjoy all kinds of parts of the meat!

Assorted 9 kinds (photo shows 2 servings)
We recommend the 9 kinds of assorted dishes. It is perfect for those who have never had motsu before and for those who are looking for their own favorite. The manager's guarantee is that the beef is fresh and domestic, and is purchased directly from carefully selected processing plants, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind. The meat is seasoned only with mineral-rich algal salt. You can order from a minimum of one serving.

Even if you are not a fan of hormones, it is okay! We also have a variety of dishes such as jalami, chicken thighs, and pork belly. By grilling over high-temperature charcoal, excess fat is drained off and the meat is refreshing. You will be surprised at how different the taste of the pork belly you usually eat can be depending on how it is grilled.

A must for sake lovers!

More than 100 kinds of alcoholic beverages!

The store's top recommendation is shochu (distilled spirit). The store has a large selection of shochu from all over Japan, from the standard to the maniacal. Ask the manager, who is a sake lover, about the day's recommendation, and he will be able to tell you an interesting story. The manager also carries a large selection of ume (plum) wine, so please let him know your preferences, such as sweet or sour. According to the manager, "Enjoy every encounter!"

This is the best way to finish your meal after drinking!

Egg on rice (with kimchi for a different flavor)

The standard at Mott's Bar is the egg on rice. The eggs are made from "Kodawari Tamago" (a specialty of the restaurant), which is a type of egg that is used at Mott's Bar! The eggs used are "Kodawari Tamago" eggs, and one egg is said to provide enough vitamin E for one day. Other dishes such as ochazuke (rice with green tea) and curry are also eye-catching. In particular, the motsu curry, which bears the restaurant's name, has a secret fan base, and once an order is placed, other customers are attracted by the smell and order it as well. It is a strange dish that one can't stop eating even though he or she has enjoyed the meat to the fullest. Enjoy this enjoyable and troubling time to the end.

Motsu nabe (minimum 2 servings)

Summer is the time for yakiniku at Mottsu Bar, but in winter, motsu nabe (hot pot with motsu in a sweet broth) is also popular. The sweet broth with plenty of motsu in it is a special dish. Of course, don't forget the zosui (rice porridge) at the end. If you add more rice and pour a beaten egg on top, you can easily finish the soup with vegetables and motsu.
