Cafe with a relaxed atmosphere

About a 3-minute walk from Asakusa Station. Kukurihime Coffee is located on a side street off the Nakamise shopping street at Kaminarimon. The store's name comes from Kukurihime, the goddess of marriage who appears in the Chronicles of Japan. It is said that the name was chosen to express the wish that many connections would spread to Asakusa, Japan, and the world. The brand symbol of a flower surrounded by coffee beans on the Japanese-style exterior is a landmark. This brand symbol is made up of five overlapping circles of petals, 24 coffee beans expressing "karma," and other auspicious numbers.

The aisle side where the entrance is located has a glass wall, so the store is well lit by natural light. The counter is open, so you can relax while watching the staff make coffee.

Limited quantity menu】Kukurihime no Yomeiri

Kukurihime no Yomeiri" is a parfait of strawberry and pistachio. When you remove the coverings, which are designed to resemble a bride dressed in kimono, you can clearly see the cross section of the parfait filled with strawberries. The accent is the "black sesame tuile" and "strawberry jam" under the strawberries at the top. Thanks to the good accents, the parfait is easily devoured.

Last year, strawberries were used in the spring, and Shine Muscat in the fall. We are looking forward to seeing what kind of fruits will be used in the parfait this fall!

Nut butter eating comparison "Nut butter toast

Kukurihime Coffee also makes nut butter! The original nut butter is made with nuts, which have long been cherished as nuts for a bountiful harvest, with wishes for health and happiness, and a lot of time and effort is put into making the best use of the flavor and taste of the ingredients.

The "Nut Butter Toast" features three types of original nut butters (almond, hazelnut, and pecan nut) served on bread from "Bread Pelican," a long-established bakery in Asakusa that has been in business since 1942. It goes perfectly with coffee! We recommend topping it with additional ice cream.

You can also purchase original nut butters in the store.
