Here are some ways to enjoy the main festival held from September 1 to 3. Please refer to it to enjoy the graceful world view at the site!

Enjoy "Saka no Machi" with comfortable shoes.

Yatsuo is a town with many hills. If you want to walk around the town and see many branches...you will spend a lot of time walking. Wear comfortable shoes. In principle, there is no place to leave large luggage, so we recommend that you wear lightweight clothing.

In principle, the festival is cancelled in the event of rain. The festival may be held in between the rains!

In order to protect local musical instruments and expensive costumes, the festival is generally cancelled when it rains. On September 1, 2022, when it rained, the festival was held at a time when the rain stopped, or the dances were performed in a covered area. In crowded conditions, it is dangerous to use umbrellas in some situations, so a kappa or other rain gear is recommended.
Kagamicho, performed during a break in the rain in 2022. The wet stone pavement was illuminated, creating a more fantastic atmosphere.
