Owara Kaze no Bon Festival" is a festival of singing and dancing to pray for a good harvest.
It is a traditional event that has been passed down for about 300 years. Thousands of paper lanterns are lit along the streets of the hillside town, and dancers sing and dance gracefully to the sounds of shamisen and kokyu (Japanese violin). The festival is held from September 1 to 3 every year.

Melancholy melody and lustrous dance

The townscape at night, illuminated by bonbori lanterns, is also attractive.
