Shibuya Scramble Square 14th floor cafe overlooking Shibuya

Kagurazaka Saryo Shibuya Scramble Square is located on the 14th floor of Shibuya Scramble Square. Kagurazaka Saryo is a Japanese-style cafe that offers Japanese sweets, beverages, and healthy meals.

Shaved ice with a motif of Hokusai Katsushika's "Red Fuji

Kagurazaka Saryo offers a summer-only shaved ice called "Akafuji - strawberry condensed milk cream. The name of the shaved ice was inspired by Hokusai Katsushika's "Akafuji. The fluffy condensed milk cream on top of the pulpy, strawberry jam-like syrup is a perfect match! It looks sweet, but the moderate tartness of the strawberries and the not-too-sweet condensed milk cream make it easy to gobble up.

The ice is also carefully selected, and the temperature is thoroughly controlled so that it does not make your head hurt when you eat it.

A delightful point that will make tea lovers thrill!

You can enjoy the taste of long-established tea shops!
The taste of tea brewed to your liking in an iron teapot is exceptional!
Kagurazaka Saryo Shibuya Scramble Square offers a selection of teas from long-established tea shops in Shizuoka, Uji, and Kagoshima, which are known as some of the best tea-producing regions in Japan. You can taste all the umami, flavor, astringency, and aftertaste of each tea. Brewing tea using an iron kyusu (teapot), which is rarely seen, is also a valuable experience.

There are other recommended items as well!

We would like to introduce you to the "Toshiicha Shaved Ice" product. You can enjoy shaved ice with syrup made from sencha, matcha, and hojicha teas produced by Marukyu Koyamaen, a long-established tea shop in Uji. The shaved ice is made of crystal clear pure ice, and the shaved ice with gentle sweet syrup that allows you to taste the umami, astringency, and aftertaste of the tea at the same time is a great choice for tea lovers. Relaxed interior with a Japanese theme

The interior of the store has a relaxed atmosphere based on a Japanese theme. The large windows offer a panoramic view of the Shibuya cityscape. It is a good idea to visit at night to enjoy the night view.

We also have a full lineup of dishes!

Kagurazaka Saryo Shibuya Scramble Square also serves healthy food. I was interested in the "12 kinds of Obanzai Gozen". It is available only in limited quantities! It is a nice point for women to be able to taste a little bit of various kinds of food.
