The coffee shop "baton" is located on the second floor of the Hirosaki Civic Hall in Hirosaki Park. Right next to the coffee shop is a large stained glass window. This work is called "Blue Time" by Nui Sano, a Western-style painter from Hirosaki. The building itself has a stairwell, so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the stained glass windows from inside the store.

A popular menu item at this coffee shop is the "Five-colored Jelly Punch 'Blue Time'" named after the stained glass windows.
