800 kinds of roses from all over the world
The Yatsu Rose Garden has 7,500 roses of 800 varieties from all over the world planted on its 12,600 square meters of land. In spring, roses are at their best from mid-May to mid-June, when the garden is crowded with visitors. A veteran instructor will give a guided tour of the garden. Look at the names of the roses!
Among the 800 varieties of roses blooming in the garden, there are roses named after the royal families of various countries, famous people, and regions. Rose 50 Narashino," named after the city of Narashino where the Yatsu Rose Garden is located, is a bright orange rose with the image of "dream" and "hope. Please pay attention to the names of the roses as well!
