Sarubobo, a popular souvenir from the Hida region, is now available as a cute candy! They are sold at "Sarubobo House" on Atano Street in the Gero Onsen spa resort area. The standard color for Sarubobo is red, but Sarubobo candies come in a total of seven different colors. Blue, red, pink, yellow...they are so colorful and cute that it is a shame to eat them!
