Soba noodle shop in Echizen City!

Hello everyone! This is the Hokuriku Editorial Office, a lover of soba noodles! Today we came to "Kurasoba Koudou," a hideaway soba restaurant in Echizen City! It was a weekday, but there were about 3 groups waiting for lunch. The Hokuriku editorial staff also had to wait in line.
The soba noodles at Kurasoba Koudou are made with buckwheat flour produced in Fukui Prefecture. The unlimited bonito flakes on top of the buckwheat is a special style of buckwheat noodle that is rarely seen anywhere else.

I ordered two flavors of soba!

The Hokuriku editorial staff ordered "Two flavors," which allows you to taste both the yam and grated yam! The yam is very sticky and goes down your throat very well when eaten with the soba noodles! The grated yam was not so pungent and refreshing, making it easy for people of all ages to enjoy.
