Elegant breakfast with main dish + Japanese and Western buffet style

Breakfast is a Japanese/Western buffet style with a choice of main dishes based on the concept of "local production for local consumption" and abundant use of local ingredients such as Kaga vegetables.
There are four main dishes to choose from. The eggs are said to be "Noto no Megumi," a brand produced in Ishikawa Prefecture with a rich flavor.
1) Scrambled Eggs with Sausage & Bacon
2) Fried Eggs with Sausage & Bacon
3) Today's Grilled Fish and Dashimaki Tamago
4) Homemade Japanese Roast Pork with Hot Vegetables

This time, Hokuriku correspondent chose Fried Eggs and Roast Pork! While waiting for the main dish to be ready, we first went to get the buffet.

A buffet featuring the delicacies of Hokuriku!

The buffet included items made with Kaga vegetables such as "Kaga lotus root stir-fried with black vinegar" and "Kanazawa crown daisy potato salad," as well as Hokuriku specialties such as pickled firefly squid and Himi udon noodles! It is a luxury to be able to enjoy Hokuriku's flavors in the morning.
Local delicacies are lined up!
I served mainly Hokuriku specialties!
A particular favorite of the correspondent was the "Goroshima Kintoki Potage! It was a perfect taste of the refined sweetness that is said to be a characteristic of Goroshima Kintoki.
There are also a wide variety of breads!
Homemade pancakes and other items are also available, both Japanese and Western!

The main dish has arrived!

While we were enjoying the buffet, the main dishes were brought out! Both are a splendid dish and delicious! I'm so satisfied that I can't believe it's breakfast... ♪

After all, I'm hungry for more...

At this point, I was full, but I couldn't stop myself from having dessert! All of the sweets are so authentic that it is hard to believe that they are from a buffet! The Kaga-bocha blancmange had a gentle sweetness of milk followed by the aroma of Kaga-bocha tea, giving it an elegant taste.
We also had plenty of sweets!
You can choose your favorite main dish or buffet, either Japanese or Western, making this breakfast perfect for consecutive nights! Breakfast only is also available. Why not start your day with an elegant breakfast?
