Popular gelato and snack store using local ingredients with the motto "local production for local consumption
Blessed with fertile land and water at the foot of Mt. Iwate, Shizukuishi Town is a treasure trove of delicious natural blessings such as Shizukuishi beef, Nanbu Kashiwa chicken, Nanbu wheat, rice, and milk, as well as Makiba and Ideyu (hot spring). Not only rice and Shizukuishi beef, but also milk, vegetables, and even seasonings are produced in Shizukuishi! This is a locally produced, locally consumed restaurant that uses an abundance of locally grown bounty.
The bounty grown under Mt. Iwate is filled with the care and attention to detail that the producers put into growing it. The restaurant owner uses with sincerity what the producers in Shizukuishi Town have grown with all their heart and soul.
The most popular item is handmade gelato!
Sometimes they are sold out by the end of business hours.
The handmade miso flavor is made with homemade 2-year-old aged miso made from only soybeans, salt, and koji.
â-¡Have Mamma's handmade gelato at home too!
The wide variety of Mamma's gelato is perfect for parties or as a gift for someone special.
Why don't you try Mamma's Gelato with its gentle texture and mild taste?
The restaurant's most popular dishes, such as Shizukuishi beef curry rice, Shizukuishi style grilled rice, and locally produced Shizukuishi beef hamburger steak set menus, are also recommended.
How about a light meal paired with handmade gelato?
