There is a workshop where visitors can try their hand at making Kasama-yaki pottery, a permanent exhibition of ceramic works, a gallery café where visitors can enjoy coffee and cake while viewing ceramic works, a craft café where visitors can enjoy tea and food, and a souvenir corner.
At the gallery café and craft gallery on the first floor, special exhibitions by artists are held from season to season, and there is a large indoor exhibition space. Rokuro (turning a potter's wheel)
As you put pressure on the electrically spinning clay, the shape of the piece changes quickly and it becomes more like a vessel.
The degree of difficulty is a little higher than hand-binne, but the smooth finish is a feature.
