It is a 143-meter-high, 31-story high-rise office building, and is the first high-rise building over 100 meters tall built in the Tohoku region. It was completed in 1989, the year of Sendai's transition to an ordinance-designated city and the 100th anniversary of the city's incorporation, and is easily accessible by a 6-minute walk from the west exit of JR Sendai Station.

Aim for the "twilight time" when the night view is at its most beautiful.

Twilight time" refers to the "twilight state at sunrise or sunset," when the sky is still blue after sunset and it has not yet become dark. It is said that the most beautiful nighttime photos are taken about 10 to 20 minutes after sunset, when the gradation between the city lights and the blue night sky makes for dramatic and beautiful photos. The time varies depending on the season and time of day, so if you want to take more beautiful night view photos, you should definitely visit with plenty of time to spare during this period!
