You can enjoy a taste of Taiwan at ease at Tokyo Station! Japanese-style Taiwanese Restaurant WUMEI
WUMEI is a restaurant with its roots in Meitetsu Cuisine, which was established in Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture in 1969, and features Taiwanese cuisine seasoned to suit the Japanese palate. The restaurant's name is derived from the Chinese idiom "all things being in flux through the endless circle of birth, death, and rebirth" (read: wu mei jia lian), which means "good quality and low price. The store's logo is decorated with a plum blossom, which is a symbolic flower of Taiwan.
The exterior of the restaurant is decorated in colors reminiscent of a Taiwanese food stall, creating a great atmosphere. Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats and tables for two, allowing customers to dine comfortably even if they are alone.
A wide variety of Taiwanese specialties

The recommended menu item is a set of fried rice with noodles. The fried rice is made with a thin noodle and a thick broth, which is addictively delicious! Other set menus include noodle sets, daily specials, and the hearty WUMEI set. We also offer Taiwan's representative dishes such as roonghan, xiaolongbao, and the famous night market chicken daiji pai. You may want to try them all⁉
Both beer and soft drinks are delicious!

The beverage menu also features a variety of local specialties. In addition to Taiwanese beers imported from Taiwan, mango, pineapple, and lychee beers are available. In addition, there is apple cider, which has been popular in Taiwan for a long time, and guava juice, which is also popular in Taiwan and makes you feel like you are in the tropics.
You will become a Taiwanese fan here! When you come to Tokyo Station, why not have a meal at WUMEI, a Japanese-style Taiwanese restaurant?
