Stylish Cafe "HUM & Go#" in the Prefectural Library [Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture

Did you know that there is a stylish café in the Ishikawa Prefectural Library, which opened on July 16?
We would like to introduce "Cafe HUM & Go#" where you can take a break from reading or studying.

HUM & Go# is a popular café with three other branches in the prefecture, the fourth of which is attached to the library, and is a stylish yet warm space made of wood from the prefecture. There is also a space where you can stretch your legs without chairs and relax surrounded by the fragrance of the trees.
The menu offers a wide range of dishes, from burgers and other hearty meals to puddings that look like they are served at an old-fashioned coffee shop! The rice is made from Koshihikari rice produced in Ishikawa Prefecture, black rice, glutinous rice, and mung bean cereals, and the burger buns are custom-made from "Bakery Tane" in Togashi, Kanazawa, showing their love and commitment to their hometown.
This time, I couldn't decide between lunch and sweets... I decided on the "Lasagna with Noto Pork Ragout Sauce" with a drink, salad and pudding set!
After ordering, I received a number slip and waited for an empty seat while reading the book I had just borrowed... and then... it was presented to me! The tray on which the food is lined up is also made of wood. It looks like a children's lunch, which is very exciting.

The pudding, which I was attracted by its appearance and ended up adding to the set, is a delicious, slightly hard and sticky type! There was also a "Library Blend Coffee" on the menu, which I was still curious about. Once your stomach is full, you can go back inside the library to the world of books at .......

If you are looking for a take-out drink, you can bring it inside the library as well, so it is a perfect accompaniment for enjoying the library in a relaxed atmosphere. It is also a great place to spend a fulfilling day on a bad weather day!
